I can't believe it's been more than a month since my last blog. I feel ashamed, embarrassed, and certainly not in motion! It all started when I had to go back to that thing called work. But that is what being an In Motion Mama is all about-juggling everything at once- and I've failed you! That's a bit dramatic, but I did leave you for a while. Someone kept telling me, 'you need to update your blog people might be wondering where you've gone', but I really didn't think anyone would notice, and someone did!:/ My two beautiful sister-in-laws asked me and I felt like I let the whole world down! Once again, a bit dramatic, but I'm helping you visualize my feelings. I was getting accustomed to my new life- a hardworking mom of two with a VERY DEMANDING husband. Okay, okay, he's not VERY demanding, but it makes it sound more forgivable. But seriously, it's hard work! My hat goes off to single moms who do it on their own. I don't know what I would do without my hubby.
So, all this time, I've definitely been in motion, I literally don't stop from 5:30am to 10:30pm, but not the kind of motion that is required to become a size 6! I usually get a bit impatient when I'm not doing any type of exercise, but I knew that I needed some time to get all this new stuff down. The waking up earlier, dropping of two kids, new position at work, picking up two kids, making dinner, bathing, putting to bed...Phew! I've been eating healthy and drinking my Shakeology, so I feel good and thank goodness for the shakes that give me the energy to do all of it, but I feel just a bit mushy! That just proves that eating right and exercising MUST go hand in hand!
Anyhow, just so you can sympathized, and I know some of my moms know exactly what I'm talking about, it has taken me almost three hours to write these two paragraphs. And now, the dryer just stopped, so gotta go fold the clothes while it's warm! I'll see you soon...real soon!!!
P.S. Thanks to my sis-in-laws!! I'm so proud of you getting back in motion!!!
